EASA Installations

Our chargers may be installed into the following types of aircraft under CS-STAN issue 4 section CS-SC102b.

  • Aeroplanes that are not complex motor-powered aircraft.
  • Rotorcraft that are not complex motor-powered aircraft.
  • Any ELA2 aircraft.

For UK aircraft, CAP 1419 gives access to CS-STAN. The CAA adopted CS-STAN Issue 4 via ORS9 – CAA Decision No. 36: Decision adopting Certification Specifications for UK Reg (EU) No 748/2012 published on 20 December 2023.

In both cases chargers may be installed and a Form 123 generated. A sample Form 123 can be found here.

A Form 1 is not required under Issue 4 of CS-STAN.
